Cancellation/Product Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you cancel your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

If you are returning or exchanging a product, it is our pleasure to provide you with a product of equal value or a store credit provided the product is unused and in a re-sellable condition.
